Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Social, emotional and mental care is critical to staying healthy and energetic. EAP is available at no cost to all full-time employees and their households on the first day of hire, providing support for social, emotional and work/life concerns.
Available at no cost when enrolled in one of our medical plans, this service provides access to a Personal Health Advocate who can help you navigate the benefits program through different phases of life.
Full-time employees are provided several options, including PPO and HSA-qualified plans with employer matching HSA contributions. Flexible Spending Accounts are also offered for healthcare and dependent care expenses. Spouse coverage is available for those who are not offered group medical through their employers.
Life insurance for you, your spouse and/or children is available on a voluntary basis. Accident and critical illness coverages are also available.

401(k) Company Match
Full-time and part-time employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) program the first of the month following their initial paycheck. Healogics offers a match equal to 50 percent of the employee’s salary deferral up to the first 6 percent. Employees are fully vested after three years of service provided you work a minimum of a thousand hours each calendar year.
Healogics encourages and supports efforts by its team members to improve their skills and educate themselves for advancement. Full-time and part-time team members are eligible for reimbursement of tuition, fees and books following 90 days of service.
Healogics encourages employees to participate in activities presented by the Healogics Wellness Committee and programs sponsored by the American Diabetes Association, and provides incentives to employees for being engaged in these activities.

Paid Time Off
Full-time team members are eligible for paid time off and begin accruing on their first day of work to earn up to 20/21 days off per calendar year in addition to company-paid holidays.
Our hours are typically weekday schedules, with limited weekend support. This affords our employees with a work/life balance rarely seen in the clinical world. Full-time team members enjoy six or seven holidays off per year, as our Corporate Office is closed on the day after Thanksgiving, however our field offices are open. As such, field employees receive an extra PTO day to use throughout the year.
